My passion for the Beatles started back in November of 1995 when the Anthology came on TV. At that time all I knew about the Beatles was their name and that they were a band from the '60s. Anyway, since I was bored and because there was nothing else better on TV at the moment, I decided to watch the Anthology. I was hooked after the first hour. All of a sudden this craving came over me: I needed more knowledge about the Beatles and I had to have every album. I went to the library the next day and checked out every book I could find on the Beatles. I went to the video store and rented "A Hard Days Night", "Help!", "Magical Mystery Tour", and "Yellow Submarine". I started adding the Beatles to my CD collection. I would spout off all sorts of Beatles trivia to my friends and family all the time. They would always ask me if I could talk about something else besides the Beatles. Then came time for term papers. What do you think my term paper was about? You guessed it: The Beatles. Then my passion grew even more and I wanted to collect Beatles memorabilia and original vinyl albums. My first album was "Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band", which I only spent twenty-five cents on due to the sleeve being in bad shape. But who cared? Not me. I was just excited to have a Beatle record. I would never sell it anyway. My next two albums were "Help!" and "A Hard Days Night", both in mint condition. Also, when I am going through tough stages in my life there is always a Beatles song that can carry me on through until better times. My only regret is that I didn't get to experience the Beatles genre first hand. I am only 21. Well, I hope you enjoy all that my page has to offer.
